DHRM – Online Employment Verification and Salary Information

Users may access employment and salary information for former or current state employees who have signed releases authorizing access to their information.

In order to verify employment status and salary information for current employees of the Commonwealth of Virginia, you must complete the Premium Service Subscription Agreement (PDF), the Online Employment Verification and Salary Information Addendum (PDF), and submit both with the one time set up fee of $25.

Current Fees

$10 - Employment verification search without salary information
$15 - Employment verification with salary information

$25 - DHRM Setup Fee - one-time fee charged when service is set up

Subscription Process

Please return the completed subscription agreement, along with a $25.00 check made payable to the Virginia Interactive. Virginia Interactive will bill your entity for each employment status and salary information record requested monthly. Payments are due by the end of each month for records accessed during the previous month. NOTE: VCU employees can get their employment and salary verification through this service for a fee or log into the VCU Self Service System to access their employment data directly.
